- Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess) - oolong tea from Alishan Mountains, Taiwan
- Long Jing (Dragon Well) - green tea from Longjing Village, China

The Tea Menu is paired to the food by our Certified Tea Sommelier.
Serving staff $40 an hour/person (min 4 hrs) | Bartender $100/hr (min 4 hrs)
